If you, as an individual, had a large debt that you were servicing, the money to pay the interest and to pay off the debt would come out of your earnings.   A portion of your earnings (profits) would be diverted away from taking care of yourself and instead, used to pay your lenders.    

The advice would you be getting form everybody except your lender would be: "Get out of debt as quickly as possible."   The number of people on the debtors side of this equation is irrelevant.  The same answer always applies to two people jointly borrowing money or ten or ten thousand, the same principle applies: "Get our of debt as quickly as possible."   Why?   Because debt costs you money.   It costs freedom.   The bigger the debt, the more it costs.   The same applies to corporations.     

"Investor"  (stockholder) is another word for "money lender."    Having an investor is like having a hole in your wallet -- like having a partner who regularly takes money out of your checking account  --   like having an unwanted house guest  --  like your significant other having a lover on the sly -- like having a skunk in your back yard -- like have a private IRS agent siphoning money out of your wallet.  

If you, as a private individual owed a significant financial debt and wanted to get rid of the burden of sending a major piece of your income to the lender every month, what would you do.   At first opportunity, you'd pay off the debt.   Well, the same principle applies to corporations.    Every dollar that a corporation pays to its stockholders (the money lenders) is a dollar that is taken away from  the employees (including management), away from the  customers, and away from care for the environment.   

The investor problem is solved by simply paying off one's debts.   That is exactly what the six step process² of The New Corporate World is designed to do.

    When money stops flowing in one direction it must flow in another.    Every dollar that does not go the the stockholders must go to one or another of the other four --  to the employees, to management, to the customers, or to the environment.

Question:    Are you saying the The New Corporate World is also a means for the redistribution of wealth?

Coté:    Because most major corporations have been turned into money machines by the super-wealthy stock owners.    The lenders (the super-wealthy stockholders) don't want debtors (the corporations) to pay off their loans.    The the super-wealthy lenders live off the interest form those loans.   

Corporations, as they are presently structured, are one of  the money manipulator's ( the super-wealthy stockholders)  main tools for amassing more wealth.    These people don't work for money.   They have very cleverly  set up a system where money works for them.   More accurately, they live of the labor and the skills of those who make the corporations profitable.  They're a private version of the IRS.   They don't participate in production.    They simply demand a portion of the profits.   They loan money to the corporations (by way of the stock they own)  and intentionally keep the corporation in debt.   The bottom-line truth is that corporations have been turned into feeding troths for the super wealthy.  

For the most part, the purpose of corporations has become limited to feeding profits to the wealthy stockholders with utter disregard for their employees, their customers, and the environment.    

They throw out crumbs to the masses to give themselves an wholesome image, but beneath the facade there's a sinister, hidden duplicity.     The corporation's physical products and/or its  services have become by-products in a money machine.    Employees are treated as little more than disposable tool used for the production of money.   Their entire reason for being has become:  "To produce money for investors."
